Accommodation bookings for the HUPO 2025 Congress will open February 2025.
HUPO 2025 will be held at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto
Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, right along the shores of Lake Ontario, the hotel offers stunning views of the lake and the Toronto Islands.
Close to Airport: it’s about 30-minute drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), depending on traffic. It’s also accessible from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) which is just a short ferry or drive a way.
Nearby Attractions: The hotel is within walking distance of Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), CN Tower, and Harbourfront Centre.
Accommodation can be booked at the same time as your Registration.

Terms & Conditions
All hotel rates are quoted in US Dollars and are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are currently 12.7% (10.5% San Diego City of Occupancy Tax, 2.0% San Diego Tourism Assessment Fee, 0.2% CA Tourism Fee).
A valid credit card is required to book your accommodations and the hotel will charge the non-refundable, full stay to the credit card on file approximately 30-days prior to arrival. Credit cards must be valid until the end of your booked stay. A receipt will be provided at check-out. If you wish to change the credit card provided, you may do so no later than August 2, 2023.
The credit card provided must have an expiration date on or after October 2024.
Important: If accommodation has been booked with a credit card that is not in the guest’s name, the card holder will be required to complete a Payment Authorization Form directly with the hotel 30-days prior to arrival. Please email wclc2024-housing at icsevents.com to advise you require a third-party payment form.
Reservations may be changed or cancelled without penalty by August 2, 2024. If you wish to change the credit card used to book this reservation, you may do so no later than August 2, 2024.
Cancellations or shortening length of stay must be made no later than August 2, 2024 in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations or shortening length of stay after August 2, 2024 will result in all nights being charged to the credit card used to book the reservation. No refund will be issued for ‘No Shows’. In the unlikely event that the Conference is canceled, accommodation costs may not be refunded.

WARNING: Please beware of housing piracy companies. They will contact delegates/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the Conference. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms; thus making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, rooms are not booked even when payment has been taken. The Conference website (https://wclc2024.iaslc.org/) is the only way to register for the Conference and book hotel accommodation.
