Privacy Policy

Registration and attendance at, or participation in HUPO 2025 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.

Onsite Payment

For Late/Onsite registration rates we can only accept American Express, Visa or Master Card onsite. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the congress. Cash and Cheques will NOT be accepted onsite. 

 

Badge Scanning

By allowing an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, you will be consenting to your contact information being shared with that exhibitor/sponsor (name, job title, organization, city, country & email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor/sponsor, there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. 

 

Liability

The Congress Organizers cannot accept liability for injuries or losses arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of attending the Congress. In addition, the Congress Secretariat is not liable for presentation cancellations or session delays that are beyond their reasonable control. 

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing at the HUPO 2025 Congress Secretariat’s address by September 26, 2025 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 150.00 USD administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after September 26, 2025 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress. 

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Alijet & Fargo International has been appointed as the company to collect all applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and file them with the Italian Ministry of Health to obtain a preventive approval for Italian physicians to attend the IASLC 2023 World Conference on Lung Cancer.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing at the WCLC 2024 Conference Secretariat’s address on or before August 23, 2024, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 150 USD administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 23, 2024, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegates information.

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
